Karrine signs to Eddie Murphy's Record Label

Actor Eddie Murphy has reportedly launched a record label, Murphy Entertainment, and has signed his first artist...Karrine "Superhead" Steffans.

Baller Status via Asian News International reports that Karrine is the first on his label's roster with her album coming out March 2008. It is unclear if she will be singing or rapping.

Cass: Wonder how many favors she had to do in order to get that contract.

Michael Bivins: Singer, Entrepreneur, NBA Announcer??

Michael Bivins has accepted a job as an announcer for TNT's broadband channel, TNT OverTime on NBA.com.

The Boston native will largely cover the resurgence of his hometown Celtics in his "Bivins in Boston" segment, but he will also venture to other NBA cities and focus on other teams.
