Michael Vick was given 23 months today for taking part in a dog fighting conspiracy that involved killing pit bulls and gambling. Vick received one month less than two years for time already served. Vick also faces state charges in addition to the federal conviction.
After making apologies to his family and the court, Vick was scolded by U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson for not remembering his fans.
"You need to apologize to the millions of young people who looked up to you."
